Royal Huisman’s leadership in custom yacht building derives from its own unique structure and team culture. Managing Director Alice Huisman, who represents the fifth generation of family ownership, is clear about priorities:

Royal Huisman houses arguably the largest, most stable and most diverse concentration of expertise and experience of any custom yard in the world. Average period of employment among our 380 workforce is 12 years and, among management, 20 years. With an average age of 38, there are many years ahead in which young faces can carve the future of the shipyard.
