The owner’s brief was for a classic sloop with performance that belies her traditional lines. He planned to make long ocean passages and expected the same high level of comfort – both inside and on deck – he had enjoyed aboard motoryachts. With a meticulous eye for detail, he was involved with every aspect of the design and construction of what would become his “home away from home”.
